Paul and a few of the staff for Ascent Training and Apex Training were chatting a while ago and we decided that having a Blog would be a good idea. We have been asked regularly what we are up to and this seems to be a good way of letting folk know if they are interested.
Paul Platt has also joined the Twitter revolution and he can be followed by clicking the image here

Paul has just returned from the Dolomites having had a very successful weeks climbing with Steve Long.
In 1995 Steve and Paul attempted a climb called the Fish on the South Face of the Marmalada and due to failing light abseiled off after 17 pitches.
So with Paul celebrating is 40th birthday and Steve his 50th we decided to return to complete the Fish and this time we were very successful.

We are now well into the multi activity courses at Holly How for the summer. Those already completed have been very successful despite the weather (so much for a heat wave).
We do have places on two courses 8th/9th and 25th/26th August (both courses running). Please contact us for more details.
